The place itself used to be a garage selling tires. After demolishing the facility, he created a whole new building for his own dwelling with three levels, two patios and one terrace. The ground floor –with the access from one of the patios– is dedicated to the studio, the first floor to the living room, and the second one was kept for the most private areas. So, the house is clear and rigorous as the studio is vigorous and full of creative inputs.
